X-Tek design and manufacture real-time microfocus x-ray cabinet systems capable of sample magnifications of over 2000X. The cabinets are made in a variety of sizes with different manipulators to handle a wide range of sample sizes, shapes and weights. In addition to the standard cabinet range (shown below), X-Tek build one-off systems, including Walk-in-Rooms, to suit individual customers requirements.

All cabinets are fitted with X-Tek's own demountable (open) x-ray sources. The x-ray tubes are available in several specifications from 100kV - 320kV, and 10W to 320W with a spot size (and resolution) of 2 or 5 microns. The sources (or tubes) are so successful and renowned that they are also used by many other x-ray systems manufacturers around the world.
