• Optical Emission System

   

             Optical emission spectrometry is an analytical technique, 

             universally  considered and used to determine the chemical

              composition of metal alloys.

Thanks to the method precision and the short analysis time, it represents a valid control system of production in all the fields regarding metal industry (primary alloys foundries, metal processing industries, mechanical industry) in any time during production cycle, in the case it is necessary to have a fast and accurate chemical analysis of material.

• Atlantis Spectrometer 

Optical emission spectrometer ATLANTIS is a multi-matrix instrument able to analyze any metal alloy( Ferrous & Non Ferrous).

The up-to-date model is the outcome of over 25 years experience, during which it has regularly been updated using advanced design and components.

Atlantis can be delivered in 2 main configuration of using Full PMT Detector system( no CCD) or PMT and CCD which is called Multi Detector system(MDS). Customers can select which configuration which is best suit to their application to be delivered.

Thanks to it's two stage vacuum system using Turbo Molecular pump creates very high vacuum together large focal length 750mm Optic, Analyze Pure Metals and Alloys very precisely.

GNR in 1995 has created the first OES spectrometry software, completely written for Windows. The spectrometer operation software, compatible with XP Windows, allows an immediate and simple employ, enabling, in the meantime, the expert operator to interact, exploiting the significant software potentials.

Thanks to its modularity it is produced in several configurations which make it an extremely versatile instrument, suitable for any application, form Research lab to Foundry and mechanical industry.

In fact, it is possible to employ  multi-detector systems( MDS) to modulate configuration to analyze more than 60 elements.

A particular optional system with mobile arm and sample head allows to extend the analysis possibility to very big pieces without having to destroy the sample to be analyzed.

• Solaris CCD Plus (SCP) Spectrometer

Optical emission spectrometer Solaris CCD Plus(SCP)  is CCD detector base system very suitable for the Analysis of Ferrous & Non Ferrous Alloys. it uses up to 16 high grade CCD Detectors which each one can detect up to 2048 channels  makes instrument to Analyze many elements accurately with considerably very low price.

 Thanks to vacuum optical bench 500mm focal length which Analyze precisely Pure Metals and Alloys. 

SCP spectrometer, is the right instrument which combines ease of use, reliability and accuracy in results.

 SCP is a small instrument and may be installed everywhere, from production department to warehouse.

Solaris CCD Plus represents the ideal solution to be used in any

• ESA PORT

The optical emission portable spectrometer ESA PORT employs specifically

dedicated CCD optical systems, which allow to offer a large analytical flexibility.

The instrument is small sized and can be brought and used everywhere, from production  department to warehouse.

ESA PORT is an ideal instrument for PMI controls, for material sorting, for

 incoming and outcoming quality controls.

The instrument is extremely functional and allows the rapid identification of all metal alloys and the analysis of elements such as C, Al, Si and Mg.

It is, for this reason, competitive to the portable X ray portable systems, because it has a bigger analytical capacity and is not submitted to restrictions related to radiogenic sources detection.

At the moment all functions are regulated by Pc and communications are made through optical fibers control system and using USB 2.0 technology.

ESA PORT is powered by net current or can be linked to an external battery.

A pratical and handy trolley makes it easy to be moved from a place to an other.

• Rotroil

Rotroil is an optical emission spectrometer designed to determine the trace concentration in wear metals, polluting materials and additives in lubricating oils, transmission and refrigerating liquids.

Determination of such components is very important in order to be able to make

preventive maintenance and avoid the mechanical parts to break while in motion.
