We have stopped our activity on High Tech Industrial Equipments due to International limitations on export of these products to Iran. we will start our work and activity on these products when ever such limitations totally has been removed.

EPSI designs high pressure systems for manufacturing, testing, research and specialized high pressure applications. With its unique application-specific approach to R&D, manufacturing, and testing, EPSI has built a tradition of excellence in high-pressure engineering and technology worldwide.

Prominent applications for EPSI's Isostatic presses are; manufacturing of components for space, aeronautical and automotive industries, metal casting, cutting tools and medical implants.

State-of-the-art vessels, wear resistance, new materials, advanced controls and supervision demand constant development and research. EPSI puts you on the cutting edge of this exciting field.

 HIP

HOT ISOSTATIC PRESSES

  • Laboratory Units
  • From hot zone diameter 70mm (2.75 inches) upwards.

  • One or two zone furnace design.

  • Advanced computerized controls
  •  Interchangeable furnaces for various temperatures and atmospheres.
  • Flexible computerized programming of cycles, data-logging,etc
  • Dilatometer built-in option (under license of the Research Center Julich,Germany)

WIP

WARM ISOSTATIC PRESSES

Similar to Wet Bag CIP processing, with further provision to heat the
load and pressurizing fluid Normally used for products requiring a chemical reaction during the phase of compaction.Temperatures typical between 100°C 212F and 300°C 572F

Deep Well Simulators

Primarily used to test 'down hole' measuring instruments on their
resistance to subterranean temperatures and pressures.
Heating and cooling systems, pump groups and control systems are specifically designed to meet the particular operating conditions
required.
Typical units range from diameters 150  to 350 mm, 6 to 14   inches, pressures up to 300 MPa (45,000 psi) and temperatures up to 350°C (650F).

Deep Sea Simulators

The pressures, temperatures and forces produced in any ocean
environment can be precisely simulated inside a pressure vessel.
Typical units range from diameters 500 to 1000 mm, 19.7 to 39.4 inches and pressures up to 100 MPa, (15,000 psi).

CIP

COLD ISOSTATIC PRESSES

Wet Bag Units
  • Laboratory, pilot and large production units

  • References up to 1750 mm (68.9 inches) diameter.

  •   Customized units with numerous options for controls, automation, decompression, etc..

  • High pressure vessel design, either threaded or yoke framed (plate or wire-wound)

  • Top closure and load handling systems designed to match customer's production requirements and plant facilities.

  •  Ancillary equipment for mould handling and washing, transfer, etc. (integration in automated lines)

Moulds for Wet Bag CIP's
  •  Isostatic moulds available made out of various elastomers
such as PVC, PU, rubber, neoprene, all of differenthardness's.

  • In-house design, advise and training.

  • Toll or test CIP services.

Dry Bag Units

  • Representation of FREY GmbH, Germany (outside German speaking countries)

  •  Equipped with the capability to change tooling to produce parts of various dimensions on the same press

  •  Production rates are high and the equipment is fully automated

  •  Ideal for the ceramic, carbon, plastics and powder metal industries for near net and net shape parts
